These terms govern your use of trillyclub.com and any order you place through it. This site is operated by TRILLY CLUB LLC, 3608 Lawrence Drive, Rapid City, SD 57701, United States. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Who You’re Buying From

All orders are sold and fulfilled by TRILLY CLUB LLC. Checkout is securely processed by our official store, trillyinthemaking.com. Payment, order confirmation and fulfilment are handled there, and the same terms apply to your order either way.

Made to Order

Every TRILLY CLUB piece is printed and made to order rather than held as stock. Production takes 2–7 business days before your order ships. See our Shipping page for transit times.

Orders and Pricing

Prices are listed in US dollars and may change at any time before an order is placed. We may refuse or cancel any order — including after it is submitted — if an item is mispriced, unavailable, or the order appears fraudulent. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full.

Product images are representative. Colours can vary between screens, and made-to-order printing carries minor natural variation.

Returns

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return on unworn, unwashed items with tags attached. Full details, including who pays return shipping and the refund timeline, are in our Return Policy.

Acceptable Use

Don’t use this site to break the law, interfere with its operation, scrape it at a volume that degrades service, or resell our products as your own brand. We may refuse service for any of these.

Intellectual Property

The TRILLY CLUB name, the TAKE RISK. wordmark, our logos, garment graphics, photography and site copy are owned by TRILLY CLUB LLC. Buying a product does not transfer any rights in the artwork printed on it. You may not reproduce our designs commercially without written permission.

Disclaimer and Liability

The site is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TRILLY CLUB LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and this does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Dakota, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published here at the time you place an order is the one that applies to it.
