Level 4
The Craftsman

Systems. Habits. Consistency. Discipline.
You're becoming excellent.
This is where professionals separate themselves.
Before you publish anything this week, ask: does it teach, inspire, challenge, create trust, encourage action? If not — keep working.
Level 5
The Leader
“Success stops being about you.”
You begin helping others. Hiring. Teaching. Mentoring. Opening doors.
Because Builders understand something: leadership isn't power.
