Items can be returned or exchanged within 25 days after the order date (the order date can be found on your invoice). Purchased items could be exchanged for another product or a refund. Full returns should always contain all the received items like tags, cases or other items. If you return only one item, you can keep extra items like the included free shopping bag.
Any damages or signs of wearing will not be accepted. `TRILLYCLUB always has the right to refuse a return and/or exchange of an item. To view our full terms on returns, please read our Terms & Conditions.
You can exchange items for a different size or color. Please indicate on the Return Registration Form which item you would like to exchange and what size or color you want. After we receive the returned items and approve the return, we will send the correct item(s) to you.
SHIPPING YOUR RETURN
Once you have filled in our Register Return Form we will contact you and send a prepaid return label. You can print this label and put it into the self adhesive envelope (included with your order) and paste it over the shipping label on the original shipping box. If you are not able to print the label, we can send you a return label via letter mail.
We will provide you with a UPS returns label, you can drop off the package at a UPS access point nearby to send the package back to our warehouse. You can ship the package via another carrier.
Once we receive the items we will check them for damage. If the items are in good condition, we will refund the paid amount including shipping costs(if applicable). The return costs will be deducted from your refund. We will refund the money within fourteen days after receiving the package.
